Last Chance to Apply for a Committee Shape the direction of the Chamber The heart of the Chamber’s business advocacy and public policy review is the committee system, where more than 100 members share their expertise and knowledge to help the Chamber make good decisions. Committees, which are completely re-formed every January, recommend policies and positions to the Board of Directors. Most committees meet monthly; most councils meet on an as-needed basis.
