Employer Alert: Order your legally required 2012 Employment Notices poster now 2012 CALIFORNIA AND FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT POSTER California employers must post all 17 required state and federal employment notices. The San Luis Obispo Chamber has you covered with a two-poster set that includes the new NLRA poster. Whether you have one employee or 1,000, California businesses are required to post employment notices in a central location and provide certain pamphlets.  The poster also must include information about your workers’ compensation benefits, payday schedule and emergency contacts. Employers may need to order several to ensure that their business, branches and satellite offices are displaying the poster according to the law. If any of your company’s workers are Spanish-speaking, you will need to order the Spanish version.
