Meathead Movers collects nearly a ton of goods for Haiti
Meathead Movers collected nearly 2,000 pounds of goods donated by the community for care kits to be sent to Haiti. In conjunction with Heart to Heart International, a non-profit that has a long established presence in Haiti, the care kits will be distributed to Haitians in need this week, and are comprised of items that Heart to Heart requested. Local businesses work to help Haitian Relief
Marketing firm Barnett Cox & Associates (BCA) and Mission Community Bank have teamed up to generate local support for Haitian Earthquake victims. The two are working with the United Way of San Luis Obispo County to gather funds for distribution through the United Way Worldwide Disaster Fund. Read more
