The 2011 Compensation & Benefits Survey is easier than ever
Businesses must be able to compare competitive wages and benefits within San Luis Obispo County, but there simply is not enough data. That’s where you come in.
The San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce has partnered with the Human Resources Association of the Central Coast (HRACC) to conduct the 2011 Compensation & Benefits Survey, the results of which will be reported in a summary format. This survey is completely confidential, and the web-based format makes it easy for employers within the county to submit compensation and benefits data on a wide range of local jobs.
While the time commitment to take this survey is significant – it will take you or your HR employee about 30 minutes to complete – the benefits are also significant. The more respondents the survey has, the more accurate and useful the results will be to you – local businesses. By observing how similar organizations compensate employees, local businesses can better gauge how to best compensate their employees.
Results of the survey will be free to all companies who participate.
The deadline to submit the survey is Friday, June 24.

If you have any questions, contact the HRACC at hraccsurvey@gmail.com.
